Michelle Renee Pelletier has 30 years experience as a meditator and 20 as a Meditation Teacher. She is a mom to a sensitive child. The classes she created on Outschool prompted her to write Golden Child: Meditation for children and your inner child.
I will supply videos, pdf images and audio recordings to illustrate each week's meditations.

Parents are encouraged to sit quietly with their child during the first 1-2 meditations. This interaction promotes positive dialogue and can be a pleasant way to unwind together. Once your child trusts the meditation process, they will self-regulate as they listen. And you can enjoy a peaceful 15 minutes before their bedtime. You can integrate the weekly drawing exercises into the night time meditation and set aside time during the day for the rest of the weekly exercises. Please make sure your student has a quiet space and headphones if needed. They may need assistance uploading their drawings or sharing on the class page.
Ms. Michelle teaches wellbeing to children and families through meditation, guided visualization, and emotional intelligence classes for ages 4 - 12. She has taught close to 1000 children and families in live zoom classes over the past 2 years...
