Learners will need to wear comfortable appropriate clothing that will allow them to do movements for dance. Dance shoes are not required and are optional, dance class can be done with socks or bare foot. Open space for movement so students can move freely.
There are potential hazards due to involvement in dance routine, for the safety of the student please be advised to provide adequate workout space, a water bottle, and footwear and clothing for movement without limitation. Please have students wear workout clothing such as dance attire, loose clothing for movement, dance shoes are not required but are optional, your student may dance bare foot or with yoga socks or socks with grips are advised to prevent slipping on floor surfaces. Stretching and warmups will be done in class. Please consult your doctor for permission if your child has a disability or limitation that would cause harm in doing this form of exercise.
