*This class is for students who can already multiply 1 digit times 1 digit numbers. If your student still needs practice with 1 digit times 1 digit facts, I would recommend taking the "Multiplication using the Break Apart Method" class. In this one day class, we will get our brains warmed up by multiplying 1 digit times 1 digit and multiplying 1 digit times multiples of 10. Students will then work on breaking numbers apart into the value of each digit to help them multiply bigger or more difficult numbers. For example, we can break 53 up into 50 and 3. 53x4= (50x4)+(3x4) If you are interested in an ongoing class option I have ongoing classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced multiplication.
