In this one-time class learners will be invited to bring their favourite doll or stuffed animal to yoga class! We will be exploring our feelings and emotions all while going a fun yoga adventure. In order to help children deal with their emotions, whether they be positive or negative, learners will be taught a yoga pose that corresponds to an emotion (dolls and stuffed animals can try the pose as well!). Learners will then name the emotion out loud and then release it into the air. Class...

Please bring these items to class: 1. Water Bottle 2. Yoga mat, carpet or towel 3. Your favourite doll or stuffed animal Please ensure you clear a space big enough to practice yoga safely. Please have your learner practice in comfortable clothes and bare feet to prevent slipping.
