Class Experience This dynamic 8-week course is designed to help students explore career options, discover their strengths, and gain essential skills for their future. Through interactive discussions, hands-on activities, career assessments, and guided self-reflection, learners will develop a deeper understanding of potential career paths and the steps needed to achieve their goals. What Will Be Taught? Students will explore different career fields, essential workplace skills, and educational pathways. They will also complete career assessments and personality tests to align their interests with potential careers and create a step-by-step plan for success. How is the Class Structured? Class Length: 8 weeks, 1 session per week (50 minutes per session) Class Size: Small groups 2-8 students for personalized learning Format: Live instruction via Zoom with interactive elements Teaching Style & Student Interaction This course is highly interactive, incorporating a variety of teaching methods to engage all learners: Live Discussions & Group Activities – Students will participate in guided conversations and brainstorming sessions. Games & Career-Themed Activities – Engaging exercises will reinforce key concepts. Slides, Video Clips, & Visual Aids – Multimedia content will enhance learning. Hands-on Career Assessments – Learners will complete career aptitude tests and self-reflection exercises. Q&A & Open Discussion – Students can ask questions and share insights in a supportive environment. By the end of the 8-week course, students will have a personalized career plan and a solid foundation for exploring future job opportunities with confidence.
