I've priced this almost free so that you and your child can meet me and see what you'll learn in my class.  My students get amazing results and I'm confident that after a trial lesson you'll want to continue, and if not that is okay - this a low risk way to try a new teacher, even if your child is already taking lessons from someone else. In this class, students will begin learning the fundamentals that will carry on for a lifetime of guitar playing.  Beginners will

-Holding the Guitar/Posture
-Using a Pick/Using Fingers
-Guitar Strings
-Strumming
-Guitar Frets
-Playing Notes in First Position
-Learning a Song

All students will receive high quality, illustrated learning materials that make it easy to practice independently.  I'm also happy to correspond with parents upon request and provide support to ensure success.  My goal is to motivate students to practice, look forward to lessons, and reach their full musical potential!
