世界を旅する: 地理、ランドマーク、文化について学ぶ

In this ongoing class, learners will learn about a new country each week. I have personally traveled the world, so I will be teaching some of the countries that I have visited and share what I have learned during my travels. I am so excited to share my globe trotting experience with your young budding traveler. This is a great way to learn geography, culture, and gain an understanding of different people around the world. 
Before each lesson, I will share the flag that can be colored while following along with the lesson. It’s optional. The lesson will include locating and discussing observations of the map, identifying important geographical landmarks, discussing the climate, discussing the meaning of the flag, learn about the local food, go over fun and interesting facts about the country, identify important historical sites and any important events in history, any important art or sports, and delve into the country's culture (including possibly discussing in a factual but brief way the country's religion and common customs). At the end of the presentation, students will be encouraged to think about which sites they would like to visit the most from the country we learned about.
