I have a bachelor's degree in both History and Economics, which included studies in the Middle Ages, History of Latin America, History of Africa, History of South Asia, History of Native Peoples of North America, and many other topics. My master's degree is in Higher Education. I also have a Juris Doctorate degree in Law. Most importantly, I have a passion for teaching, history in particular!

During this class, there will be discussions about the poor treatment of immigrants from Asia and Native Americans. Native Americans were greatly affected by the influx of people into California, including violence against Native Americans. If any insensitive comments are made in the Outschool classroom, the comment will be addressed and then the teacher will redirect the discussion.
