The instructor for this class is a certified Pilates instructor and has over 15 years of teaching dance and Pilates to children. She is also a licensed physical therapist.
Please have adequate space to lay on your floor. A mat or towel are reccommended for comfort. Pilates is practiced barefoot and it is always good to have a waterbottle handy to hydrate. Please reach out if your student needs special accomodations or has any limitations. I am more than happy to make this class accessible to everyone.
