Welcome to Passport 2 Learning — Where Language Comes to Life!

We’re so excited to have you join us on this language learning journey. At Passport 2 Learning, our mission is to make language education a joyful adventure that unlocks a world of opportunity for every learner.

Our approach is rooted in fun, connection, and engagement. Through immersive courses, gamified lessons, and live interactions with native speakers, learners don’t just study a language—they live it. Get ready to see your child engaged, smiling, and excited to show you what they’ve learned!

We believe that fun should be at the heart of every lesson. Our certified teachers create hands-on, interactive classes that make kids light up with enthusiasm. At Passport 2 Learning, learning feels like play—and that’s exactly how we like it.

Our goal is to bring meaningful, playful language learning into homes everywhere. When learners are having fun, they often don’t even realize they’re learning—because they’re so immersed in the experience. That’s the magic we aim to create in every single class.

Another key value we hold close is interaction. We make sure every child feels seen and heard. We call students by name, encourage their participation, and ensure they feel welcomed and supported from start to finish.

Our vision is to build a safe, nurturing environment where teachers and students grow together. We believe that through language, we can foster greater communication, understanding, and inclusivity—one learner at a time.

We currently offer French and Spanish classes led by certified educators and native speakers who are passionate about teaching.

👨‍👩‍👧 Siblings:
If more than one child in your household would like to participate, each learner must be enrolled to ensure fairness to all students. Enrolled siblings are welcome to share a screen during class—just make sure both names are displayed!

🔁 Cancellations & Transfers:
Refunds & Transfers
We follow Outschool’s limited refund policy, which you can review here: Outschool Refund Policy. For emergencies or questions, feel free to message us directly.

Missed Classes
Refunds aren’t offered for missed classes. If you know in advance that your child will be absent from an ongoing class, please reach out to us. While we welcome late arrivals, classes won’t backtrack once in session.

One-Time Classes
If you realize you can’t attend a scheduled class, please submit a transfer request at least 24 hours in advance so we can open the spot for another learner. We’re unable to refund or transfer after class has ended or if a withdrawal occurs within the non-refundable period—so please message us first to explore your options.

Class Transfers
Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the start of a class. Once a class has begun, transfers can’t be issued unless the class is listed as ongoing.

Age Guidelines
Age ranges are flexible depending on the class and your learner’s skill level. Please check the prerequisites in each listing, and don’t hesitate to message us with any questions.

💻 Tech Tips:
We encourage families to test Zoom before class starts. Once we’re in session, we focus solely on teaching and may not check messages right away.

Classes begin promptly at their scheduled time if most students are present. We may wait a couple of minutes before starting if needed. Class durations follow the listed length but may occasionally run slightly longer or end a bit early. Students may leave at any time, but re-entry is only permitted in the case of technical difficulties.

🎥 Recordings:
To keep our classroom space safe and engaging, class recordings are not automatically posted. If you'd like a recording or miss a class, just send us a message—we’ll gladly make it available! (Please note: we don’t receive notifications from the classroom tab, so direct messages work best.)

❌ Class Cancellations:
If a class doesn’t meet its minimum enrollment, it may be canceled. We’ll contact you with options to transfer or receive a full refund.
