ワンステップアップ - バレエクラス - テクニック、配置、コーディネーションの練習

I will run traditional ballet class (based on Russian ballet school traditions) which will include: warming-up, working at the barre (if not available, chair or the wall can be used for the support), center, allegro, stretching and cooling down routine. I will include short dance composition at the end of the class for students simply to express joy of the dance. 
I will be using proper ballet terminology, demonstrate steps (combinations of the steps) and explain proper technique. I will correct step execution and body placement of my students. Students are encouraged to ask questions.
