Do you have a Frozen fan in your home? Then this is the class for you! Dance along with miss Lauren in this beginner ballet dance class. We will begin with fun and engaging exercises that will wake up and stretch our bodies. We will start with a ballet floor warm up and then will move along into dance games to our favorite Olaf songs! Dance games will focus on building basic motor skills through play that will keep your learner warm this Holiday Season! Class will end with a game of Freeze Dance. No experience necessary for this class.

Your child will learn beginner ballet dance steps in a creative learning environment. Dancing to music will also teach the student how to develop musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!

Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students can wear their Halloween costume as long as they can easily move around in them. Please have long hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT. I'm a homeschooling mom to my two boys for the past 5 years and love teaching Math and English!
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves! I have been instructing children of all ages for 18 years and have loved every minute of it!
When not dancing, I can be found spending time with my husband and two boys. Dancing has always been my number one love and passion and is the fuel for my soul! I can’t wait to see you in my class! Now let’s get moving!
