The student will be provided with a mini-tutorial via self-created videos reviewing one skill a week for the math topics listed in the syllabus. I will also provide examples that students can practice throughout the week (answer keys will be provided), and an (optional) assessment will be provided weekly to determine mastery of that week's skill. The goal will be for students to try and complete the entire lesson prior to starting the subsequent lesson. The suggested completion time is within 8 weeks; however, time can be extended as needed. Upon completing all activities, the student should have a stronger foundation of math skills common to the field of architecture.

受講に必要なもの
Students should have a three-ring binder in order to keep track of assignments and notes each week. A calculator and graph paper would be nice items to have, however, when possible, I will suggest websites that may have the tools that a learner may need (example: online calculators).

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics as well as a Master's Degree in Education with a concentration in STEM. My training in STEM allowed me the opportunity to create cross-curricular lessons to help students make connections within a variety of subjects. With 20 years of experience teaching in the classroom coupled with 5 years of experience teaching online to students with varying abilities and needs, I feel extremely qualified to deliver this instruction to learners via Outschool.
