What will be taught: Students will get a review of multiplication zero property, identity property, commutative property, associative property, distributive property. Students will identify the multiplication properties. Students will do word problems and solve. Students will multiply a number times a multiple of 10, multiply the basic fact and annex the same number of zeros that are in the factor that is a multiple of 10. Students will practice mental math and choose the correct answer to the problems. Students will have a review of one digit multipliers, two digit, and three digits. Students will have a review on the use of rounding and estimate and solving problems by estimating problems. How will it be taught: Slides, whiteboard, doc cam, and student engagement, discussion. Students should have some knowledge of the multiplication and some knowledge of rounding numbers.

Parental guidance is helpful in case of technical difficulties or logging onto zoom. Do not need any expensive toys, furnishings or other items. Do need well designed space that is safe for the student to do activities/projects. Parental guidance is necessary incase student needs help with an activity with guidance. Such as gluing, cutting with scissors etc. There are no third party websites that will be used for each week for the lessons or signing in for accounts.
