In this ongoing weekly social class, learners can make new friends, practice social skills, hang out, talk, and draw or doodle! This class will have discussion that is led by learners. Topics of conversation may include things like: the weather, books that we are currently reading, games we like to play, favorite things to draw, fun sports to play, favorite animals, art projects we've been working on, exciting things happening in life, etc. This class will not have any art lessons, instead learners will be able to grab something to draw with (example: a pen or pencil) along with a piece of paper and use their imagination to create a special drawing of their own choice while chatting with other learners during class time! Learners are welcome to bring art supplies such as: markers, colored pencils, or crayons to color in their drawing as well. At the end of each class, learners are welcome to show off their drawing to everyone. This class will be a relaxing time to socialize, make friends, be creative, and have some fun!
