週1時間. Homework will be assigned after every class, including the last class. All homework is optional, but best results aren't guaranteed unless the student completes their assignments and brings them to each class.テスト
I regularly assess student's writing, especially in our first class. They hold their paper up to the webcam and I often ask them to mark letters they can work on by themselves after class after they're aware of how to form the letter properly with me.評価

このクラスで学べること
Class 1: Goal setting, goal refining, and getting comfortable. I'll ask you about your cursive writing goals, your past experience, and what's been holding you back from using cursive in your daily life. After that, I'll give you an introduction to the style of cursive that I think would be best for you, and a few options for your writing style. Remember, you can change your mind! We'll also do some writing practice together and I'll assess your writing as we go along. After this class, I'll give you a brief assignment in the classroom, which you can bring to the beginning of our second class. Class 2: Let's get writing! Today, we will attack your main obstacles and I'll push you harder than in our first, class, so be prepared! This is the most challenging class when we will write the most challenging letters and/or words for you. If speed is one of your goals, you'll be doing timed challenges, and I'll encourage you to self-assess your work. As well, I'll give you a brief assignment you can bring to our third class. Class 3: Refining your style and finishing touches. After our previous class, you deserve a breather! This final class is about reviewing your challenges, choosing which letters to alter and why, and even making choices about which style of writing to use for which occasion. A lot of this will be different in every class, as we're taking time to refocus on your original goals.
学習到達目標
In class 1, students will define their goals and setbacks with cursive writing, so the class goals will be catered to each student. Usually, the main student goals are writing legibly with speed, or writing more beautifully, without the speed being an issue.
Depending on the student's focus in class, and homework completion, they will be much nearer to, or at their goal by the end of this short course.

受講に必要なもの
Each student should bring a pen/pencil to every class, with lined paper to write on. Unlined, blank, computer paper is completely unacceptable. Cursive writing paper is also acceptable, but not necessary. Normal lined paper is just perfect, as that's what students are usually writing on in their daily life.

I've taught my own original curriculum at a high-end private training school for six years, and now I'm working independently to offer my courses online! I have an Honors Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and am TESOL Certified.
I value students learning by having fun and connecting to stories both academically and through life experience. I'm also a lover of debates! I believe in encouraging students to hone their existing strengths and interests to thrive in an academic environment.
I've taught everything from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to 1984, but my ultimate favorite to teach is anything Harry Potter! Critical thinking is also another one of my favorite things to teach.
