このクラスで学べること
In this one-time course, students practice their gymnastics cartwheels with individual attention and coaching given. Drills, strength, and flexibility exercises will be recommended based on each student's individual performance. I use a mix of live instruction and my own video clips. This class is designed for children who have learned how to do a cartwheel before, and would like to improve their technique. Learners are welcome to repeat the class as many times as they like to continue...
Students will learn drills to improve their cartwheel technique and work toward cartwheel variations.
In addition to being a former competitive gymnast, I have over 18 years' experience coaching gymnastics for children of all ages at the recreational and competitive level. I have created gymnastics curriculum and taught thousands of children the fundamentals of gymnastics, my favorite sport!

As with any physical fitness routine, gymnastics carries the possibility of injury. Students should be have a wide open space for tumbling, dress comfortably for movement, have a bottle of water nearby to drink, and be supervised in their homes in case of a fall.
