During this 4 week FLEX class, young learners will get their bodies moving, their heart rates up, and their imaginations going as we go on a weekly adventure together! There is no pre-requisite to taking this class. Each week, learners will complete (at whatever time works best for them during the week) a 15 minute lesson via video! With over 17 years teaching preschool and kindergarten aged students, 8 years homeschooling my own four children, and multiple fitness certifications, I have found I most enjoy making learning a fun process, especially when it comes to health and fitness! I have a black belt in MMA (comprised of a Tae Kwon Do/Muay Thai/Boxing/Jiu jitsu blend), and love sharing martial arts with others, especially young children! If your child has ever had interest in martial arts, karate, or ninjas, this class is for them!

Parental supervision is recommended as this is a physical movement class for younger children. Adequate space to move, free of tripping hazards and anything a child might be injured by, is very important. Lack of supervision may result in injury. Please have your child wear comfortable clothing for movement, and a water bottle nearby.
