The learning goals for this course will be to teach the student about the multi-role F 35 Lightning II as an air superiority fighter, ground attack, electronic warfare, and close air support capable aircraft. The focus will be on both scientific and technological advances in this amazing aircraft in stealth technology, avionics, and aerodynamics. There will be an attached note taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information in this course. There is also an informational video about the F 35 from a pilot’s perspective. The desire of the teacher is to engage the students with questions and dialogue to help them further learn the material and answer questions. There will be no assigned home work in this class and the teaching style will be lecture via power point material with a few questions asked of the students.
