Each class will begin with a warm up that will include stretching exercises on the floor as well as standing. Each class a new dance will be taught. They will also learn choreography to four short ballet dances which will teach them various patterns. Dancing to music also teaches the student how to develop rhythm and musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back.
