顔と人物の描き方 - 比率とジェスチャーの紹介 (サマーキャンプ)

Interested in learning to sketch figures in natural poses, with realistic proportions?  Learn face and figure proportions, practice drawing from observation, and use gesture drawing to create more lifelike drawings.  Students will engage in guided drawing lessons with the teacher to practice intermediate figure drawing techniques.  Each class will introduce a different technique.  
****The title of this course has recently been changed for clarity.

The majority of class time will be spent doing hands-on practice together.  Students will follow along with teacher-led demonstrations that teach proportion "formulas," and use reference photos to practice drawing from observation.

Classes will cover the following topics:

Lesson 1: Proportions of the human form
Lesson 2: Proportions of the human face
Lesson 3: Gesture drawing & action poses
Lesson 4: Clothing, shading, and background/environment
