10代前半から10代前半向けの初級/中級バレエ

This class introduces the grace and beauty of ballet, and expands on the basics for dancers with more experience. Fun, age-appropriate, and structured for beginning to intermediate dancers. The class will include a warm-up and ballet technique, and learning a short dance routine. 

Class structure:
- Introduction and welcome
- Ballet "Barre" Warm-up Exercises
- Stretches
- Ballet Technique, both in the center and "across the floor"



Ballet Steps learned include, but are not limited to: Plié, Tendu, Rond de Jambe, Soussus, Grand Battement, Balancé, Piqué, Pirouette en de hors, and various jumps, used alone and in combination. These steps will be incorporated each week, and additional steps added, depending on the level of the dancers.
