Students will learn the basics of presentation making from learning how to navigate Google Slides to understanding the fundamentals of design. Your learner will gain valuable skills that they will use throughout both their academic and professional career. This tailored introductory class is great for students with zero prior knowledge of Google Slides and design basics as well as for those who know the basics and want to elevate their skills. ---------------------------------------------- I will have a project ready for your learner, but I can also work with them on a school presentation project. Hello there!
I'm Teni Haroutunians, and I teach animation, coding, art, and languages on the Outschool website. I hold a BA in Art with a concentration in animation. I work as both a freelance artist and an educator. I have experience in teaching in person computer lessons to K-6th grade students in CA. These lessons cover a range of topics, including coding, digital citizenship (responsible and safe technology use), Google Suite, Thinkercad, 3D Paint, 3D Viewer, and more.
I'm genuinely passionate about helping kids nurture their creativity. The courses I design are not just easy to follow, but they're also a lot of fun. In each class, we kick off by exploring a project example. From there, we build it together from scratch. I teach students the techniques, provide the tools, and encourage them to infuse their unique ideas, making each project their own.
If you're curious to learn more about me, here's a tidbit: I'm a language enthusiast. I find joy in both teaching and learning languages. And my favorite animal? That would be a green owl named Duo!
