4 lessons//4 Weeks
Week 1Lesson 1HandsMeasuring and Proportions: Students will learn how to draw the basics of a well proportioned hand. Students will then understand how to break up their own hand in order to utilize this for multiple angles. Students will focus on two different techniques.Week 2Lesson 2Hands & FingersMultiple Strategies: Students will continue to focus on hands with two new methods. Students will also do a study on fingers.Week 3Lesson 3Toes & FeetMeasuring and Proportions: Students will learn one technique for feet and a toe practice.Week 4Lesson 4FeetMultiple Strategies: Students will learn two methods; "three simple shapes" method and how to use three dimensional shapes.
Students will learn the following art/drawing fundamentals: ✅ Utilizing basic shapes to create a more complex form. ✅ Proper measurements and proportions in regards to the hands and feet. ✅ How to properly apply and use guidelines. ✅ Understand and how to execute multiple techniques for hands, fingers, feet and toes. ✅ The confidence to continue drawing the human form on their own after the class has been completed.
Mrs. Vallarta has been focusing on anime/art on Outschool since February 2018. As a personal avid anime enthusiast, she is familiar with many series, genres, characters and can teach how to execute any aspect of this. Mrs. Vallarta has her Bachelors in Fine Arts and has taught art for 18+ years. Six of those years has been online. Mrs. Vallarta offers over 50 different types of courses that include but not limited to; general anime, anatomy, art, drawing, watercoloring and more.

Homework will be optional and highly beneficial. Homework outside of the classroom typically takes under an hour to complete.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
