Welcome to our writing adventure with 4-Square Writing and other organizational writing strategies to enhance the quality of learners' writing. Each week, students will learn new writing techniques to improve their skills using step-by-step instructions. In Week 1, writers will discover the power of vivid descriptions using experience and emotions. Week 2 unfolds with the magic of transitions, helping writers to extend the content in their writing while allowing readers to easily navigate their writing. Moving into Week 3, students will master the art of combining sentences to create dynamic written products In Week 4, students will learn to make meaningful comparisons between two topics and strategies for organizing ideas and techniques for transitioning from point to Week of 2/4: Vivid Descriptions Week of 2/11: Transitions and Extensions Week of 2/18: Sentence Combinations Week of 2/25: Comparing Ideas across topics After each class, learners will have the option to make final revisions to their work and submit applied practice for personalized feedback and suggestions for revision. It's like having an individualized writing coach guiding learners to become master storytellers.
