Aventura de animales salvajes: diez de los mamíferos más rápidos de la Tierra

In this one-time class, students will learn about the ten fastest mammals in the world, including a bonus special contender! Who is faster, a Springbok or a Gray Hound? Find out this answer and many more in this fun engaging class. 

In the class, students will not only get to learn how fast these amazing animals can go, but will also get a more in depth look at each of these incredible creatures. We will explore where they're from, why they need to be so fast, and other unique adaptations that have helped these animals become true champions of the animal kingdom. 

Since the class, is focus on letting kids explore their curiosity and love of animals, students will be encouraged to share their knowledge and to ask lots of questions to discover new revelations about the animal kingdom. I believe students learn best when having fun in a supportive environment that encourages them to express their thoughts and opinions. 

At the start of each class, students will be encouraged to make a prediction about which animals they think will be on my list. The class will be done as a google slide presentation including fun facts, videos, and if possible, sound clips of the animals. At the end, we will talk about what the students have learned and which animals they liked the most or surprised them.

Students are welcome to bring their favorite stuffed animals, photos, or animal toys to share with the class. Snacks are welcome too.

Parental Guidance
In this class will be talking about animals. We will cover topics like what they ate, how they hunted, killed, and other of behaviors. This could include images or short clips of animals attacking other animals with the goal to kill them, while I will not display any gruesome images/videos, the content could possibly be scary to some children.
