Curriculum (What I'll be teaching in the classroom): -Building Vocabulary Skills in an engaging way. Instruction: Literacy: We will practice writing words and using words in a sentence. Art: Draw to show understanding of vocabulary words. *The list of words will be based on your child's age and or grade level. Requirements: -Knowing how to read(recommended) and use zoom tools (recommended) -Participate -Communicate -Do activities -Have materials ready to be used Online Rules: -Learners can use tablet or computer. -Learners can eat, drink and use the restroom. -Learners can leave early if work is completed. *If you need to reach me don't hesitate to message me or write a classroom comment on the classroom page. Cancelation/Transfers: Please message me at least a day before if you need to transfer or cancel a class. If you don't, I won't be able to match your request.

-Use sentence-level context as a clue to the meaning of a word or phrase.

-Use words and phrases acquired through conversations, reading and being read to, and responding to texts, including using adjectives and adverbs to describe (e.g., When other kids are happy that makes me happy).
