Hello! My name is Stefanie.  Even as a child, I knew I wanted to become a teacher! My Bachelor's Degree is in Elementary Education and teaching is one of my very favorite things! I have been teaching professionally, and tutoring since 2014.  I have experience working with a variety of ages (K-7th grade), many subjects and various curriculums.  I've also taught English as a second language. My certifications include: Elementary Ed. (K-6), ESOL certified (K-12), Reading Endorsed (K-12) and internationally TESOL certified.  I am a passionate educator who loves tailoring ‘One-on-One’ classes to meet individual student needs and helping students' confidence grow!  It's my pleasure to help students and make their learning experience fun, meaningful and engaging! 

⭐ If you would like me to create a class, please tell me a little about your learner and let me know the area you would like us to focus on. Then, I will prepare materials that will be best suited for your learner.

📖 For reading, possible examples include: comprehension, test taking strategies, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, context clues, etc.  Any extra information such as their AR level or their Lexile number would be great to include.  If you don’t know their reading level, no worries!  Just let me know their grade and the area of need. I will administer a brief reading level assessment in class.

📐For math,  please let me know their grade and the skill you would like for us to work on. Possible examples include: subtraction with regrouping, double digit multiplication, fractions, math facts, word problems, long division and much more!
