Your child will love reading these entertaining, cute and funny books! 

Each week we will read a different Pigeon book by Mo Willems. 

Class Structure: 
#1: I will choose some challenging words for students to practice before we begin reading the story. 
#2: We will take turns reading a hilariously fun Pigeon book. 
#3 - If time allows, we will play a spelling/reading comprehension Kahoot game together. 

Here is a breakdown of what books we will be tackling: 

Week of 10/5: Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!
Week of 10/12: The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog!
Week of 10/19: Don't Let the Pigeon Stay up Late!
Week of 10/26: The Pigeon Wants a Puppy!
Week of 11/2: The Duckling Gets a Cookie!
Week of 11/9: The Pigeon Needs a Bath!
Week of 11/16: The Pigeon Has to Go to School!
Week of 11/23: The Pigeon Will Ride the Roller Coaster!
Week of 11/30: Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Sleigh!
Week of 12/7: The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog!
Week of 12/14: Don't Let the Pigeon Stay up Late!

I encourage learning through enthusiastic engagement. I believe children learn best through curiosity or play. Teaching online has been my passion since 2015. I was an online English teacher with VIPKID for over three years and an Outschool teacher for ever since. VIPKID taught me how to engage with students in a virtual setting. They taught me how to use props, singing and demonstrations to increase learning. I encourage student output and participation during class. 

I have a bachelors degree in marketing and science. I am an entrepreneur and business owner. I have also been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. I am a homeschooling mother to my twin sons and my two daughters. I am constantly seeking creative ways for my children and students to learn new things.
