GUIDED READING SEMESTER has been designed for students who wish to receive Daily Reading Practice with a variety of literary works. Students will gain appreciation for Long Comprehension passages which are crucial for preparation for all state examinations which students take for assessment purposes. Course will review some basic reading skills and strategies using a PowerPoint Slide Presentation followed by answering aligned questions. Welcome, my name is Ms. Nori.
While teaching Language Arts on the Outschool platform, I encourage student engagement as a way to check for understanding and as a way to encourage participation. My classes are structured to disseminate the information to small groups or individual students which focus on academic vocabulary building, reading comprehension improvement, basic and common core writing skills, and grammar rules and the application of them. My courses are built to assist learners in a variety of grades. Please Note: I am a Regular Education Teacher with training in English Education and Reading.
