Lectura guiada nivel 2

During this ongoing course students will read level C/D  books on the Fontas and Pinnell levels. This is class is run much like a small group reading class would be within a school setting. We will start out by practicing a phonics skill as well as practice sight words that we will see in the story. We will then move to reading our story. There will be questions asked during the book as well as an extension question to discuss after class. This will be an interactive course with conversation. This course will have a new book taught each week from reading a-z. These books are leveled to fit the needs of your child. To be ready for a level C book starts to have conversations as well as sounding out more words in a story. 
These are level C books and do not require to know the previous weeks book. If your child is progressing then we will move to level D books! 

Your child will need to know their letters, sounds as well as at least 15 high frequency words. 
They will need a white board/eraser or pencil/paper for this class.
