Students will apply hands on engineering and Earth science simulation experiments. Each week students will learn about a different natural disaster that happens on earth. Then students will create and perform an experiment to simulate that week's natural disaster. For each experiment, students will use their brainstorming and problem solving skills to engineer the strongest house to survive the natural disaster experiment. Week 1: Earthquake Shaking Engineering Experiment Week 2: Volcano Experiment Week 3: Tsunami Engineering Experiment

Spending time homeschooling, playing, and imagining with her two girls brings her the greatest joy! She enjoys the outdoors and can often be found walking Toby, the dog!
