Hello! My name is Ms. Lee! Thank you for visiting my profile today. 

I enjoy teaching a variety of classes for preschool and elementary ages. 

Qualifications 📚
I earned a B.A. in Human development at the University of California San Diego and have been working in education for over 12 years. At the beginning of my career, I worked extensively with children with autism in home, school and community settings designing programs to help students access the world around them. I previously taught students from ages 3-18 years old with different learning abilities. When my daughter was born, I became an online ESL teacher. I want to continue my passion teaching children around the world so I am grateful to teach at Outschool.

Philosophy 💡
My early background experiences set the foundations for my teaching style. My belief is that building on the foundation of a positive relationship and teaching students in a way that capitalizes on their abilities, strengths and experiences can help improve their learning and achievement. In turn, this can foster improved student self-confidence, leading to continued learning and success. My classes are designed to have your student engaged and to love learning. You can be sure that they will be high energy and highly engaging.

Hobbies and Interest 🎨
In addition to outschool, I enjoy spending time with my family. I love cooking different foods from different cultures. I also love working out, knitting, arts and crafts and traveling.
