👉🏼This class is perfect for the learner who knows how to count money and is ready to begin learning how to add totals together and subtract to make change. We’ll make learning about money engaging, upbeat and encouraging!

C L A S S R O O M   S T R U C T U R E :
  ✏️Community Building: Introductions & Question of the Day
  ✏️Class Introduction: Discuss our learning target of the day and class expectations
  ✏️Instruction: We’ll begin class reviewing the different coins and bills and their values. We will then move into adding money amounts together for the first part of class. The second part of class will focus on making change from $1.00 and $5.00. Both of these sections will include a gradual release of instruction. I do, We do together, You do independently
  ✏️Class Closing: Class reflection on our learning target and individual reflection on effort


🔴P L E A S E  N O T E 🔴 :
 🔻This is NOT an introduction to counting money class. Learners should have background knowledge in counting money. 
 🔻This class DOES involve regrouping with addition and subtraction for 3-digit numbers. Please only enroll your learner if this is a skill they have. This class will NOT be introducing the regrouping process.  
 🔻This class will utilize the chat feature in Zoom in order for learners to be able to privately send me their answers.
