Class experience

This class is taught in English.
Supplies Needed to complete the projects:
Polymer Bake Clay or Other Modeling Compound (any brand you prefer, for reference I use Sculpey III)
Basic Sculpting tools, toothpick or pointed tool, small rolling pin or paintbrush handle, dotting tool (for eye sockets)
A Baking sheet covered with parchment or baking paper (don’t bake directly on it)
A non stick surface to work on
Variety of colors of polymer clay (green, orange, yellow/tan, brown, white and black)
A few wooden toothpicks cut in half (needed for structure)

NOTE: Students may use air dry clay if they prefer not to use polymer bake clay, but it will dry quickly and may not stick as well.

OPTIONAL:
Clear Water-Based Gloss Polyurethane or Sculpey Gloss Glaze for after baking

**Polymer clay requires baking according to the package direction. (Generally ~275 °F, depending on your brand of clay). You may do this after class. Parental help is necessary.
