In this hands-on biology camp, we will build several different organs and organ systems using playdoh (Play-Doh) each week, while learning in depth about our body, how it works, and how to keep ourselves healthy! At least 4 (or more) small cans of play dough *An alternative dough may be used as well. I’ve also had students use colored pencils, markers, or even paints to make the body parts! Anatomy template will be provided each week. Students may print it out to use as a reference or mat to work on.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
