Students will learn: 1. How to conquer stage fright. 2. A Five Step process to prepare mentally for a performance. 3. How to develop a performance mindset and three tools to challenge negative thinking and redirect back to the mindset. 4. Five breathing exercises to calm the body. 5. How to debrief a performance so they a constructive direction forward no matter what happens. 6. How to express themselves freely and confidently 7. To have fun and enjoy performing
Homework Offered
The students will be taught how to use a variety of methods to relax and calm their bodies. They will be encourage to practice them for at least ten minutes a day.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
