In this Multi-Day class, students will learn how to take their thoughts and organize them into complete sentences. Students will learn the basic conventions of writing complete sentences. They will learn to use capital letters and punctuation in each sentence. We will discuss using adjectives to create colorful and interesting sentences. The learners will focus on creating sentences independently by practicing in each class. Students will learn to write about things they are familiar with and take that knowledge and write about teacher led topics.
Students will not be required to do homework, however, they will be encouraged to practice writing at least one sentence before our next class together. This sentence will be optional and used for students to share their writing with their classmates.
