US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 1
Welcome to Ms. Jodi's library class!  Celebrate the amazing beauty of the Summer Solstice in this storytime class.  We will light a candle and read stories together that celebrate the amazing life we find in the summertime...summer nights, the ocean, gardens, and sunflowers. After reading we will explore some fun Summer Solstice yoga poses and create some magical drawings based on our stories that day (student-led, free drawing).

I worked for six years as a Waldorf school (K-12) librarian working closely with all class teachers. I am an expert in choosing developmentally appropriate reading and curriculum material for all students.   I am also a reading coach, private reading tutor, and ESL teacher. I love teaching children to read and love to see their immense excitement with their successes! I teach kindy-high school students from all around the world.  I work with students at all levels, struggling to gifted.  My expertise includes finding what makes kids successful so that they want to keep learning
