Travelling Stage teachers are industry professionals with professional performing arts experience on stages across North America. Our artist educators are certified teachers with extensive experience teaching in schools and studios. The Travelling Stage is well established in over 5000 schools and child care centres across North America and work with families worldwide. The Travelling Stage works in partnership with the MINI POP KIDS, the Girl Guides of Canada, the Boys and Girls Club, Mirvish Productions, Daytrippers Children's Charity and the Digital Human Library. We are the exclusive educational partner of the MINI POP KIDS and work as part of their creative team to create and coordinate MINI POP KIDS outreach programs to schools and centres.
Be sure to wear clothing you can move in. Learners are invited to wear pop star attire (whatever that means to you) and to bring accessories, such as hats and microphones to help immerse them in the Mini Pop Kid Pop Star Experience!
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please be sure that your learner is set up in a distraction free zone with enough space to move around. We ask that learners wear shoes or have non-slip socks/bare feet to avoid slipping while dancing.
