We'll dive deep into the stories, gods, and religious practices that shaped these societies and influenced every aspect of daily life. What Topics Will You Cover? The role of religion in explaining natural phenomena and life events Specific deities and their influence in ancient Egypt, India, China, and Mesopotamia The impact of religious beliefs on governance, social structures, and daily life Ancestor worship and its significance in ancient Chinese culture The divine status of rulers, such as the Pharaohs in Egypt The creative and imaginative ways ancient people explained the world around them How is Your Class Structured? This class is structured to be dynamic and interactive, with a combination of lectures, engaging multimedia content, and interactive activities. Each session will build upon the last, providing a comprehensive understanding of how religion influenced ancient civilizations. How Will You Teach?
