In this fun and exciting class, learners will enjoy a slideshow presentation as we have a lecture/discussion based class. No prior knowledge is needed. Learners will be encouraged to ask questions and participate. My classroom is always fun and comfortable which promotes public speaking skills for the learners, as well as self-confidence and an enthusiasm for learning. By learning and discussing interesting facts about hurricanes and tsunamis, children will have a greater understanding of these powerful storms.

Parental Guidance
This class will cover powerful storms and since these storms have been deadly and destructive some mention of statistics may arise during interactions with students. This class does not focus on deaths but focuses on how the storms are formed and facts about storms such as what a level five hurricane is etc.
