US Grade 1 - 3
Learners will be able to solve three-digit addition problems using various visual and written strategies. Students will learn how to solve math problems by adding and regrouping hundreds, tens, and ones. Students will also learn a algorithm (i.e.: 135 + 229= 100 + 30 + 200 +29). Students will also be introduce to learning how to add three-digit numbers by using a column addition and regroup. Any strategy a student uses for an accurate answer is appropriate. This class is to help students build confidence and gain fluency with three-digit numbers.

I am looking forward to working with your learners here on Outschool. I have a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education, and my Educational Specialist Degree is in Special Education. I am also a certified Reading Specialist for Preschool- 12th grade students. I am so excited to be teaching on Outschool!
