Students will learn different methods of Improv through playing different improv games each week. This will allow a playful approach for learners to sharpen their improvisational skills.
Sarah is a Texas based actress and choreographer. She discovered a love for film work shortly after finishing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at University in Austin TX (UT). She began teaching creative movement with Creative Action in 2017 and studied with the Dance Education Laboratory in New York City in 2018. With a background in concert dance, cirque and martial arts, Sarah enjoys helping students better their movement techniques by strengthening their somatic explorations and awareness.
Learners will need an area to move around, writing utensils, and paper.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Help your learner be safe by setting them up in an open area where they can get up and move. It is also recommended to wear closed toed shoes, they help with balance!
