Understanding Independent Activities: What independent activities are and why they are important. Encouraging Creativity and Exploration: Tips for brainstorming new activity ideas Encouraging curiosity and trying new things Class Structure: Introduction and Icebreakers: Start with an introduction to the class, some icebreaker activities to get to know each other, and a discussion on what the kids like to do during their free time. Thematic Sessions: This session will focus on a types of independent activity (e.g., arts and crafts, outdoor activities, educational activities). Activity Planning Workshops: Hands-on workshops where kids plan their own activities for the week. Interactive Learning: Wrap up with goals and group discussions!

I have been a elementary school teacher for 4 years, I tutor in person, and I coach high school lacrosse and gymnastics.
