Class Experience

US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
This is an ongoing class, where students can join on any given week (and can pause or cancel their subscription at any time).

Monday February 5: My Emotions

We will read “The Color Monster: A Story About Emotions.” We will then sing and dance to “Show Your Emotions.” Having previously colored your own “color monster,” we’ll put on a little puppet show with all our monsters.

Monday February 12: Seasons/Weather

We will read “The Little Raindrop” for story time, sing “Once There Was A Snowman,” and dance around like different types of weather. Then, our puppet friend Princess Penelope will put on a show!

Monday February 19: Fairytales

We will read “There’s A Dragon in Your Book” for story time. We will then sing a few nursery rhymes and act out a musical story of “Goldilocks and the Three Bears.” Lastly, we’ll have an interactive fairytale puppet theatre show!
Learning Goals
Story time promotes early literacy and language development. Creative dance and interactive play with puppets can encourage imagination and creativity. Listening and singing to music can enhance cognitive development. Lastly, interacting with other children his or her age, can help with a child’s social and communication skills. Overall, this class will be fun and engaging!
