Class Experience

We know how to read charts and use buy/sell indicators but how do I find stocks to buy? We will learn about different stock scanners/screeners to find stocks we want to buy depending on our strategy. I will introduce and teach how to use free tools on the web to find stocks. The learner will be introduced to a handful of terms used in the market. This will be a short lecture style and primarily an interactive discussion for beginners into the stock market and will include an activity towards...

The learner will be able to discuss key vocabulary used in the stock market. The learner will be able to use different stock scanners and screener's to find stocks to invest in.

I have a minor in business from San Jose State University. I have over 20 years of business and investment knowledge in different fields. I also am a day trader on the stock market.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Finviz

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
