In this class we will discuss what the stock market is and the what the various markets are to trade on. The learner will be introduced to a handful of terms used in the market. We will also discuss three different types of stock trading and how you can use them to meet your goals. This will be a lecture style and interactive discussion for beginners into the stock market. Section 1 - Introduction -What is the stock market -Different markets -Activity -Market Indices -How does the market work -Market vocabulary Bullish, Bearish and more -Strategies Scalping, Day, Swing, Investing Strategies -Brokerage Accounts - This class is part of a series. It is not required to take every class in order although it is highly recommended. The previous knowledge from each class is highly beneficial to create a solid foundation in understanding the market as a whole.
Learning Goals
The learner will understand what the stock market is, the various markets available and how they work. The learner will also be able to discuss some key vocabulary used in the stock market. Finally, the learner will understand three different styles of trading and how to use them based on their goals.Other Details
