Class Experience

Starter Supplies: 1 quart jar w/ tight fitting lid (plastic or glass is fine) {Small bag (5-10 lb) unbleached flour} 1 cup (120g) unbleached flour per feeding ½ cup (120g) water {filtered or bottled} per feeding Measuring cups OR kitchen scale Spatula *The supplies for each week's recipes will be posted in the classroom at the start of each week.
No live meetings, and no time outside of class.
Learners will need access to an oven/stove for parts of this class as well as a possibility of knife use. Parents should always  assist/supervise learners in the kitchen.

These recipes contain many major food allergies- wheat, dairy, nuts, etc. If you need help with a substitution please let me know and we will work to find a solution!
