In this class we will explore the incredible brain and one of our five senses each week.
Class experience
Each of the five senses is a stand alone class that does not build on another. Each week will cover a different topic. The learner will explore our incredible brain and how we can utilize our senses to manage emotions. Learner can select and build a coping skills toolbox that utilize our senses with each class they attend. The learner will learn how to turn a bad day around and make it a good day. Students will learn how the five senses work and connect them with our emotions. We will discover how we can use them to positively or negatively effect our daily life.

There will not be an assessment for this class.Grades Offered
There will be a one page handout for most classes. This will be provided to download and print. If a printer is not available a notebook and pencil will be helpful. The learner can bring colored pencils, markers, or crayons to class. If supplies are needed the learner will be informed in advance.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There will not be any sensitive topics in this class.
